Advanced Rheology. Designed for Today. Ready for Tomorrow.

The Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ MARS™ Rheometer is a powerful and highly flexible rheology platform designed to support advanced quality control (QC), research and development (R&D), and application-focused testing.

Built around a Modular Advanced Rheometer System (MARS) concept, the platform combines precision, flexibility, ease of use and application-specific solutions in one expandable system.

With its modular architecture and extensive range of accessories, HAAKE MARS can adapt to evolving testing requirements and support the development of new materials and applications across industries.

01 | Future-orientation

Expand Your Capabilities for the Future

Your testing requirements today may be different tomorrow. HAAKE MARS is designed to grow with your laboratory.

A wide range of accessories—including temperature modules, application-focused measuring cells and measuring geometries—allows the system to adapt as testing requirements evolve.

Existing HAAKE MARS systems can also be upgraded with new hardware and software, helping users incorporate future technological developments without replacing the entire platform.

The platform is compatible with the Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ Viscotester™ iQ Rheometer and HAAKE™ MARS™ iQ Rheometer Series, supporting the transfer of test methods from R&D to QC.

One platform. Expanding possibilities. Long-term flexibility.

02 | Accuracy

Engineered for Stable and Reproducible Measurements

Accurate rheological measurements begin with a stable mechanical platform.

The HAAKE MARS features a robust one-piece, cast-aluminum H-shaped frame designed for optimized force distribution and high mechanical stability.

Unlike conventional C-shaped frames, the H-shaped design aligns the active forces generated by the sample and the reactive forces within the frame on the same plane. This helps minimize measuring-gap changes caused by high normal forces and supports reproducible, reliable measurement results.

The platform also incorporates integrated control electronics, ergonomic controls and flexible mounting options for temperature and application modules.

Precision Where It Matters

From sample loading to temperature control and measurement geometry, every element is designed to support consistent testing conditions and reliable rheological data.

03 | Ease of Use

Simplify Operation. Minimize Errors.

Advanced technology should make laboratory work easier—not more complicated.

HAAKE MARS incorporates a user-focused design to simplify daily operation and reduce the potential for user errors.
