DACHTEST Helium Mass Spectrometry Leak Tester delivers ultra-high sensitivity leak detection using helium as a tracer gas. Designed for critical applications, it accurately identifies even the smallest leaks to ensure maximum seal integrity and reliability in pharmaceutical, medical device, and high-performance industrial packaging.
LeakScan-HES
Handheld devices were used to detect helium leaks.
Sufficient helium gas must be filled into the packaging container beforehand;
Various rigid/flexible packaging containers, such as disposable bio-bags;
Integrity test accuracy: ≥0.5 μm
LeakScan-HEP
The sealed packaging container is placed in the pressure chamber, and helium is pre-pressed in the pressure chamber. After helium pressing is completed, the sample surface is purged. After purging, the sample is placed in the helium detection chamber for helium mass spectrometry testing under vacuum conditions.
Resolution: 5 × 10⁻¹³ Pa m³ / s
Various rigid/flexible packaging containers with headspace conditions, such as ampoules and vials.
LeakScan-HED
Helium mass spectrometry test;
Helium gas is injected into the packaging container, and after sealing, helium mass spectrometry analysis is performed under vacuum conditions in the helium detection chamber.
Resolution: 5 × 10⁻¹³ Pa m³ / s
Various rigid/flexible packaging containers with headspace conditions that can be pre-filled with helium;
Test accuracy: ≥0.1~0.5 μm
LeakScan-SUSE
Helium mass spectrometry gas analysis test;
Resolution: 5 × 10⁻¹³ Pa m³ / s
Various small-sized disposable bio-bags/tubes;
Automatic control of helium filling, vacuuming and testing
Test accuracy: ≥0.5 μm
LeakScan-Max
Helium mass spectrometry;
The sealed packaging container automatically undergoes a vacuum decay test to eliminate large and micro leaks (≥2µm). Then, the sample is automatically placed into the pressure chamber, where helium is automatically pressurized. After helium pressurization, the sample is automatically purged. After purging, the sample is automatically placed into the helium detection chamber for helium mass spectrometry micro-leakage testing under vacuum conditions.
Resolution: 5 × 10⁻¹³ Pa m³ / s
Automatic batch injection, ≥30 samples/tray
Automated vacuum decay test, automated helium mass spectrometry analysis test
