The Trio is Peco InspX’s high performance rigid package X-ray inspection system, with impressive performance in glass-in-glass identification. The Trio offers very high speed (> 1,000 containers per minute) non-contact container inspection.
The Trio leverages three X-ray beams powered from a single X-ray tube to provide 3 individual “looks” at each container, which allows optimal detection of asymmetric pieces of foreign material such as glass shards.
Customers are encouraged to consult with a Peco InspX sales specialist to determine which machine is best suited for their glass application.
FEATURES
-
Modular Design – All subsystems have been designed with the maximum system availability, redundancy, and fault tolerance in mind
-
Fill Level Measurement – High precision fill-level and headspace monitoring
-
Real-Time Remote Support – Integrated wireless connectivity allows for secure remote support 24/7 globally. Peco InspX can resolve over 95% of customer issues with our powerful remote diagnostics software
-
Robust IT Security – Fully integrated end-to-end IT security offerings ensure your networks aren’t vulnerable and are defended from any outside threats. Optional IoT module allows for seamless SCADA integration
-
Advanced X-ray Tube/Detector Design – High contrast X-ray tube with independent power supply allows for lowest cost of ownership. Detector hardened against wear to maximize the component lifetime
-
High Reliability Non-Contact Inspection – Mounts over the top of the customer’s existing conveyor, eliminating conveyor transfers into the machine for inspection. This design minimizes risk against conveyor jams over transfer points
-
3 Beams Powered by a Single X-ray Tube – The Trio offers the power of 3 X-ray beams with the simplicity of a single X-ray tube. This design offers maximized performance with minimum cost of ownership
-
Small Line Footprint – The Trio is the smallest footprint dedicated glass X-ray inspection system available on the market today. The Trio requires less than 9 ft (3 m) of linear line space
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
- Glass Food Containers
- Glass Beverages Containers
- Empty Glass Containers
