The AS30 HPTLC Sample Applicator is a semi-automatic device designed for precise application of samples onto TLC or HPTLC plates, accommodating sizes up to 200 x 200 mm. It operates using a spray-on technique, where a gas stream carries the sample from the cannula tip onto the plate, preventing damage to the layer and allowing for accurate deposition in the form of dots or lines.

The AS30’s design emphasizes precision and repeatability in sample application, essential for reliable HPTLC analysis. Its modularity and compatibility with additional accessories, such as the BS35 auto-sampler and CD60 densitometer, make it a versatile tool adaptable to various analytical requirements.

  • Volume Range: Capable of depositing sample volumes ranging from 0.1 µl to 1 ml, utilizing dosing syringes of 10 or 100 µl and filling syringes of 25 or 250 µl.

  • User-Friendly Software: Equipped with ergonomic software that allows for easy parameter settings, including speeds, distances, lengths, and quantities. It can store up to 10 methods, facilitating quick method selection and protocol saving.
