ZYTR-50 MANUAL THREE ROLL MILL

Application
A three-roller mill can be used to grind and distribute thick substances or materials that require a high degree of fineness. By causing friction and crushing between the three horizontal rollers spinning at varying speeds, it produces the necessary grinding action. By hand, the distance between the rollers can be changed. To guard against equipment damage, it has an emergency brake button installed. The roller is a casting made of ceramic or a unique hard alloy.
Advantages
To get a good grinding and dispersion result, the three horizontal parts of the unique alloy rollers will crush the material at different speeds.
With the exception of ZYTR-50, all other models of three roll mills have cooling systems that allow water to be added to lower the temperature of the rollers. To ensure consistent temperature and high-quality output, a water temperature indicator can be placed in both the intake and the outlet. Customers might select a roller heating system or a cooling water recycling system. The variable speed can accommodate the needs of various viscosity materials. For discharge, the spring-tensioning knife holder works well. You can change the tightness of the scraping knife. One can get a final fineness of 1–20 microns. There’s space savings due to the small machine design.

The stainless steel product outlet pieces are fabricated. The chilled hard alloy steel, zirconia, alumina, and silicon carbide used in the rollers’ construction provide superior abrasion resistance, high hardness, and zero pollution. Anti-dissolvent paint is applied to the exterior of the ZYTR-50 Triple Roll Mill Nano Ceramic Single Handle adjustment to make it shine and shield it from potential dissolvent corrosion.
