KDT-100 is a desk top type thermal evaporator specially designed for integration with glovebox systems. It features separate main and loadlock chambers to maintain vacuum stability during sample loading. With a 10.5” touch panel for full auto control, it supports co-deposition, as well as sample rotation, heating, and cooling. Ideal for high-uniformity thin film deposition applications.
